As I’m sure many of you have noticed already, Knitting Companion is changing and growing rapidly. When Knitting Companion was originally conceived, I expected it to be a small little blog sharing reviews of knitting tools. I was looking at adding a single post (or new page) per week and I was focused on growing it slowly and spending the bulk of my energy on a few other projects. Instead, Knitting Companion is taking off! As a result, I’m rapidly developing and adding new content, new pages, and new ideas on a daily basis. With the plans I have in front of me, I expect to continue this level of focus (with at least one new review/blog post/project) added every day along with tweaking what I already have up and executing on some new ideas I’ve had.

All this means that the navigation is changing frequently while I get more of the (new) skeleton of the site built out and I start to really understand what’s working, what’s not, and I respond to your feedback on what you want more of. I know it’s a pain, and I apologize up front. However, if you hang out with me for the next month while I get the rest of the heart of the site built out, I think you’ll be excited by the results.

These are new beginnings for Knitting Companion, and I’m really excited about what’s to come. Keep an eye on the Teresa’s Corner Blog to learn when new functionality launches and new options become available to you.

Naturally, your feedback is important here. If I make a change and you hate it or it confuses you, please let me know; everything about the changes I’m working on is to make KnittingCompanion better, easier, and drive more value to you. If I make a change or add something and you love it, pass that feedback on, too. The more I hear from you, the better KnittingCompanion gets.

Thank you and Knit On!
